Your posts always deliver mouth-watering take-aways. Your Lemon Parmesan Orange Roughy dish, along with the lemon tart might be my favorites. I don't see myself ever making these dishes, let alone mastering them, though. My sense of timing, with multiple items at once, is too poor.

Is there a trick for helping people improve their timing? Otherwise, I'm good for just one item at a time, which leaves other items cold - which generally leads me to resigning to making just one item, at all. I cook, daily, but most of that is for my four-pawed kiddos. Cooking anything, at all, takes me so long that I don't even think to commence something like prep-work (for the day's meal, nor for any future meals). ...any advice, there?
